Accountability & Transition

We hold ourselves accountable to both partners and residents by building structures that last:

  • Early stage
    P2E may co-found a CLT, provide seed staffing, draft bylaws, and hold limited board seats to ensure correct setup.
  • Transition stage
    P2E steps back into a technical assistance and advisory role, ensuring the developer exit, cooperative governance, and resident education programs are functioning.
  • Mature stage
    Residents, community representatives, and public members lead the CLT. P2E no longer plays a governance role but remains available as a technical and replication partner.
