Governance
Pathway to Equity is founder-led, guided by strategic advisors, and in the process of formalizing board governance consistent with its long-term institutional mission.
Funding
Pathway to Equity is structured to be sustained through advisory engagements and philanthropic support aligned with its structural design mission. Pathway to Equity does not raise or deploy capital for specific housing developments and does not pool investor funds.
Scope of work
Pathway to Equity provides structural design guidance for ownership, governance, affordability, transition, and continuity frameworks. The organization develops research, tools, and implementation frameworks that support housing navigation, resident ownership, and long-term housing stability. The organization does not develop, own, manage, or operate housing.
